안녕하세요, 소변 중 통증 증상이 있으며, 해외 체류 중이라 해외 병원에서 요로 감염 의심 진단을 받았습니다.

ct 및 진단 결과는 다음과 같습니다.

CT SCAN OF THE WHOLE BODY
Indication:
Check-up.

Technique:
Helical acquisition without intravenous injection of contrast medium.

Findings:
Head:
No cerebral focal lesion. Differentiation between the gray and white matter is preserved.
The midline structures are not deviated.
The ventricular cavities are normal in shape and size.
No dilatation of the cortical sulcus.
No Chiari malformation shown.
Normal appearances of the sellar fossa.

Sinus:
Mucosal thickening in the right frontal sinus and right maxillary sinus.
Blocking of the right ostiomeatal complex while the left one is clear.
Concha bullosa of the left turbinate.
Contact point between nasal septum with right middle and inferior turbinates.
Hypertrophy of the right inferior turbinate.

Neck:
No evidence of cervical or supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
No abnormality is demonstrated at the nasopharynx, the oropharynx, the hypopharynx and the
larynx.
Thyroid gland is normal in size and homogeneous on CT scan.
Bones: no suspicious lytic or sclerotic bony lesion detected.

Mediastinum:
No suspicious mediastinal mass or lymphadenopathy.
The ascending aorta diameter measures 33 mm, descending aorta diameter 23 mm at level of
the right pulmonary artery, within normal range.
No pericardial effusion.

Lungs:
No evolutive lung lesion noted including: consolidation, ground glass opacity, mass or nodules.
No pleural effusion or thickening.

Bone:
No suspicious lytic or sclerotic bony lesions found.
No compression fracture of vertebral bodies.

Soft tissue:
No aggressive mass-like lesion is seen on thoracic wall.
Abdomen and pelvis:
Liver is normal in size with regular border. No solid focal or diffuse lesions seen. No intra or
extrahepatic biliary tree dilatation seen.
The gallbladder: no hyperdense calculi observed.
The pancreas, spleen and adrenal glands appear normal.
The kidneys are normal in size, shape and position. No renal stone or hydronephrosis.
Small bowel loops are not dilated. The appendix is normal with diameter of 6 mm. No
periappendiceal fat stranding.
The colonic cadre is loaded with feces. Perirectal fat plane is intact.
Bladder is adequately distended without intraluminal stone but displays diffuse irregular wall
thickening 7 mm thick.
Prostate gland is normal in size. Prostatic capsule is intact. Seminal vesicles are still normal.
No free fluid or pneumoperitoneum.
No suspicious lymphadenopathy found.
Metallic foreign body at the tip of penis.
Bone: no suspicious lytic or sclerotic bony lesions found.

IMPRESSION:
Right frontal and maxillary sinusitis.
Chronic cystitis suspected. Urologist consultation is recommended.

위와 같이 요로 감염 의심 진단을받았습니다.

피검사 소변검사 등 결과에서는 다른 항목은 모두 정상이나,
Vitamin D Total (25-OH Vit D) result 12.61 ng/mL (Normal 30.0-100)
CRP - C Reactive protein 10.5 mg/l (normal 0-5.0)
결과만 이상 값이 나왔습니다.

Polymerase Chain reaction 테스트 상 Sexually Transmitted Disease Profile PCR (STD PCR 7 Pathogens) 에서는 모두 not detected로 진단 받았습니다.

해외 병원에서 처방 받은 약이 잘 들지 않아 소변을 자주 보며통증이 있습니다.
당뇨도 아니며 결석도 없습니다..
약이 잘 들지 않는데, 원인을 알 수있을까요?
