ABDOMEN AND PELVIS CT (POST-CONTRAST)
A bolus of intravenous contrast material was administered, and one-phase CT images were obtained inthe standard fashion.
Mesenteric haziness가 보이며 prominent lymph node들이 보임.
Mild mesenteritis는 nonspecific haziness로 판단됨.
복강 내 malignancy의 증거 보이지 않음.
복벽과 back의 subcutaneous layer에 작은 결절들이 산재되어 있음.
GB에 benign-looking wall thickening이 보이고 작은 stone이 fundus에서 의심됨.
Liver의 attenuation과 모양은 정상 범위임.
Pancreas, spleen, adrenal gland, kidney에 종괴나 abnormal attenuation 보이지 않음.
Basal lung에 특이소견 보이지 않음. ▣ 결론 및 진단
1. Benign-looking mesenteric haziness (R/O mesenteritis).
2. Indeterminate subcutaneous nodules in abdominal wall and back.
3. Benign-looking GB wall thickening such as chronic cholecystitis with small GB stone.
