[FINDING]  c. i> 
Sequence: Sagittal and axial T2₩l/ sagittal and axial T1WI  Additional sequence: Whole spine sagittal T2WI/FS sagittal and coronal T2WI 
1. T6/7 and T7/8, disc protrusion with dark SI lesions in the anterior epidural space  --> R/O disc protrusion with epidural hematoma or venous engorgement 
2. T3-5 spinous process fracture wi th obne marrow edema.  with T5/6 supraspinous ligament tear 
3. improved state of the prior CT noted atelectasis and pleural effusion, both lung. 
C-L spine > only T2 sagittal scan and limited evaluation  Cervcial spondylosis  mild central canal stenosis, C3/4~C5/6 
[CONCLUSION]  1. T6/7 and T7/8, disc protrusion with dark Sl lesions in the anter ior epidural space  --> R/O disc protrusion with epidural hematoma or venous engorgement 
2. T3-5 spinous process fracture wi th obne marrow edema.  with T5/6 supraspinous Iigament tear. 

진단서는 흉추 3.4번 골절이라고 적혀져 있었는데
판독지에는 3.4.5번 골절 이란 뜻 같아보이고.. 이부분에 있어서 진단서 수정도 가능한가요? 판독지 에 따라서? 교통사고부분이라 정확하게 요청드려보아요
