The previously described focal lesion in periventricular white matter along the body of the left
lateral ventricle is again noted and unchanged in size or appearance. There is associated
mild volume loss of the adjacent lateral ventricle. A minimal amount of hemosiderin deposition
was also seen. The findings are consistent with sequela from perinatal periventricular venous
infarct. There is no need for further imaging follow-up.
